Activists sound off on political issues at arts district

Easter Sunday took on new meaning at the Boynton Beach Arts District with its quarterly KeroWACKED Multimedia Fest and the newly added Sound OUT Loud segment, which was implemented in the wake of last November's presidential election.

Under the sounds of heavy metal rock music, artists displayed their wares, including Cathy Estremera's handcrafted book art, and vendors sold Middle Eastern fare and nitrogen ice cream. Speakers came to give their reactionr to the current political administration and its affect on the arts community.
